Floor Joists E11

The original floor joists was infested with woodworm so the entire hallway floor was removed and replaced with new upgraded

4x2 pressure-treated floor joists.

The primeter joists were chemically-anchored with M10 bolts and a black DPC membrane was fitted between the  joists and wall to 

prevent ingress of damp to the new floor.

Concrete foundations were made on site to support the triple bolted joists beams.

The floor was finished with 18mm WBP plysheets
